In earlier announcement, we had reported that our billing system site’s domain was null routed by Streamyx, a Malaysia ISP.

We already get response from the ISP and they confirmed that the null route was not done on purpose, but it is their DNS server is having issues resolving some of the domain’s DNS records.

This issue has now rectified by Streamyx(Malaysia) and now customers from Malaysia who are using Streamyx as their ISP are able to access our billing system once again without need to go through 3rd party DNS services.

Our billing system which hosted under the domain name cart.cs-squad.net is null routed by a Malaysia ISP (Streamyx) for unknown reason.

Our main site at cs-squad.net, this blog blog.cs-squad.net and our free hosting site free.cs-squad.net is still not null routed and still accessible.

We are very positive that there is no illegal contents or any contents that violate any law and regulation is hosted in this website. Under this sub domain name, it is only hosting the billing system.
Therefore, we do not understand why our billing system websites is null routed by Streamyx(TM Net Malaysia).

For our valued Malaysia customers, if you are using Streamyx as your ISP and you are not able to reach our billing system website, please change your DNS setting to use Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) or OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220) in your computer’s network setting for temporary in order to reach our billing system website to pay your invoice.

All of our dedicated servers, VPS as well as shared hosting servers is not affected by this null routing issues.
Only our billing system website is affected.

Whether this is a sabotage by competitors or not, we still do not know.
But we already contacted the ISP and get this issue to be resolved.
We hope that the ISP will give fast response and take action to remove the null route of our billing system domain as soon as possible.

As some of you aware, Kwebserv Hosting is now part of CS Squad Hosting.
Both CS Squad Hosting and Kwebserv Hosting is subsidiary of K-Network Group(Formerly known as K-Systems).

Both CS Squad Hosting and Kwebserv Hosting used to be operating separately although both are under K-Network. Due to K-Network thinks that it is good to combining both company become one, therefore we had decided to merge Kwebserv Hosting into CS Squad Hosting.
