We would like to inform our customers that managed services will only provide to those who did subscribe to the VPS/Dedicated Servers management services.
Please do not insist for for system administrators to setup and maintain your VPS/Dedicated Servers if you did not subscribe to our management service. And please, do Google before you open any tickets to ask us how to do something in your VPS/Dedicated Servers.
As there are too many of our customers insisted that we do all their configuration for them while they did not subscribe to the management service, we will now only respond to customers that had paid for the management service in case of the tickets are asking us to do the configuration or maintenance for them.
Other tickets like technical issues which related with our network and the hardwares, we will response as usual and we will not neglect the tickets. Only those tickets which insist us to manage the VPS/Dedicated Servers while the customer did not subscribed to our management service will be ignored.
